A scratch can be paint transfer, clear-coat damage, or a cut through the color layer. Miami Armor inspects the defect first, then uses the least aggressive approach that fits what is actually present.
Photos help us prepare, but lighting, depth, edge condition, and remaining clear coat determine whether correction is appropriate. If paint is missing or the surface has failed, we will say that repaint or body repair may be the better path.
Each observation should change the service decision. We do not reduce every defect to the same package.

We confirm whether an on-site inspection is appropriate and clarify access, shade, and weather conditions.
The defect is checked in person and a bounded correction plan is agreed before work expands.
You see the finished area and receive an honest recommendation for anything correction cannot resolve.
No. Paint transfer and many clear-coat defects can often be improved, but missing color, exposed primer or metal, dents, and failed clear coat may require body repair or repainting.
Photos are useful for a preliminary assessment, not a final promise. The exact scope is confirmed after the panel is inspected in person under appropriate light.
Miami Armor is a mobile service. The appointment still depends on location, access, safe working space, weather, and the condition of the vehicle.
